Four features I’d love to see come to Mail on iOS

While there is a lot of great options for iOS mail clients, the built-in client is no slouch. Even after extended periods using third-party clients, I tend to always end up using the official app from Apple.
While it’s probably in need of an overhaul design-wise, it still holds up day to day use cases for me. I get a lot of email during the day, and I still feel like I can power through email on the iOS app just as well as I can anything else.
There are some features that I hope it gets in iOS 13 that would take it to the next level. Here they are:

Apple expands the cast of its upcoming Steven Knight sci-fi drama ‘See’

Apple continues to expand the cast of its upcoming sci-fi drama series “See.” According to a report from Variety, Apple has signed on Sylvia Hoeks and Archie Madekwe as series regulars for the show…
Hoeks most recently starred in “Blade Runner 2049” and is slated to appear in “The Girl in the Spider’s Web.” She perhaps best known for her work in European television, however, having appeared in shows such as “Overspell” and “Bloedverwanten.”
Meanwhile, Madekwe most recently starred in a 2018 miniseries version of “Les Misérables” and the British comedy movie “Legacy.” Both Madekwe and Hoeks join previously announced cast members Jason Momoa, Alfre Woodard, Yadira Guevara-Prip, and Nesta Cooper.
News that Apple had inked a deal for “See” was first revealed back in January. The company made a straight-to-series order for the show, which was written by Steven Knight. In addition to Knight, Francis Lawrence will serve as director.
Details on “See” are unclear at this point, though it has been described as “an epic, world-building drama set in the future.” The first season ordered by Apple is said to be 8 episodes in length.

When rolling out school-wide software applications, it’s very rare to get universal praise for something. Sometimes people don’t think it’s needed, they have trouble setting it up, or maybe just don’t want another system to deal with for their child. A year ago, we launched a new system that was praised by every single parent that talked to about it. It was called Kinderlime.
iPhone & iPad: How to turn off In-App Ratings & Reviews

One of the most frustrating things with certain apps is developers interrupting the experience by asking for In-App Ratings or Reviews. Fortunately, in later versions of iOS, users can disable this feature and create a more seamless experience.
