CBS News launches new Apple TV app with live streaming content, Siri support
While Apple may not be planning to launch a bundle of TV channels any time soon, networks can still launch their own apps in the tvOS App Store. Today, CBS announced a new CBS News app for the fourth-gen device. The company has long offered a standard CBS app with its “All Access” subscription service, but the CBS News app focuses purely on live streaming content from the CBSN feed.

Spark email client users find their Apple IDs locked for security reasons, Readdle explains server issue at fault
Over the last twenty four hours, a substantial number of users are reporting that they are finding their Apple IDs locked for security reasons inexplicably. The root cause appears to be users of the popular Spark email app by Readdle, where customers can log in with their iCloud credentials. The iCloud warnings of a security hack are seemingly incorrect: there has not been a server attack or data leak as explained by the app’s makers.
