First Apple Store in Israel could be planned for Tel Aviv

Apple has long had a presence in Israel through acquired companies and official office space, but the company has yet to open an Apple Store in the country.
Israeli financial newspaper Globes reports that could soon change, however, as Apple is in said to be in preliminary talks with a local mall to open the first Apple Store in Israel.

Marzipan in Mojave: Porting developer iOS apps to macOS

With macOS Mojave, Apple introduced four apps that were previously only available on iOS: Stocks, News, Home and Voice Memos. During the presentation, speculation began on how these could be the iOS apps themselves, ported to the Mac with the rumored Marzipan project. At the end of the Keynote, Craig Federighi presented a sneak peek at a multi-phase project they’ve been working on. Without giving it any name, Craig explained that this project allows iOS apps to be ported to the Mac with minimal effort,that Apple used this for their News, Stocks and Voice Memos apps and that it would become available to third-party developers next year. I decided to explore this project and see just how minimal an effort it would be to port an existing, real-world iOS app to the Mac.
Apple Watch Series 3 with LTE now works with C-Spire, other regional carriers

Apple Watch Series 3 with LTE has worked the four major U.S. carriers since it launched last September, and recently the cellular model has started picking up support for regional carriers around the country as well.
C-Spire, the sixth largest carrier in the country and the largest privately owned carrier, officially announced Apple Watch Series 3 with built-in cellular availability today. And to promote the launch, C-Spire is knocking off 50% from the price of the Apple Watch when purchased with an iPhone.
