Apple and IBM’s partnership to bring devices and software solutions to the enterprise dates back to 2014. Now in a related development, the UK’s Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is set to buy 11,000 iPhone SE smartphones that will include IBM’s software support.

HomeKit Weekly: Apple One Premier subscribers should have increased HomeKit Secure Video limits
A few years ago, I told a few friends that I wasn’t planning to add security cameras to my house. After Apple announced HomeKit Secure Video (HKSV), my mind began to change. I have never been comfortable with security cameras that use third-party cameras, and my initial belief was repeatedly reinforced. Recently, BuzzFeed reported on an ADT employee accessing cameras inside customers’ homes. I want a video system where that’s not technically possible. With HKSV, we have that system. I now have too many cameras to use HomeKit Secure Video for all of them. It’s time for Apple to add a 10-camera HomeKit Secure Video option to the Apple One Premier bundle.

Spectrum Mobile adds cellular Apple Watch support for the first time
Charter Communications has announced that its Spectrum Mobile carrier is officially joining the Apple Watch market. For the first time, Spectrum Mobile now supports the Apple Watch, allowing customers to add a cellular Apple Watch to their existing plan for $10 per month.

Report: Qualcomm tells regulators it objects to Nvidia’s $40 billion acquisition of Arm
