Apple may be planning to purchase the company behind the popular song tagging service Shazam, TechCrunch reports. The deal could be worth around $400 million (so not much for Apple) and announced as soon as next week.

Google’s Project Zero, a team focused on discovering vulnerabilities in others companies’ software, appears set to release an exploit it recently found in iOS 11. While the vulnerability has been patched with iOS 11.2, the exploit may allow for the first publicly available jailbreak for iOS 11.

Jony Ive, Apple’s chief design officer, is returning to his management role within Apple’s design group after handing off managerial duties in 2015. 9to5Mac noted that Ive’s design deputies Dye and Haywarth were no longer listed on Apple’s leadership page earlier today, and news of Ive’s return is going over the wire now (H/T to our pal Mark Gurman).
