Today was the first day of the third-annual Final Cut Pro X Creative Summit in Cupertino, CA. The even is geared towards professional video editors using Final Cut Pro X, with talks, demonstrations, along with a visit to the Apple campus and a talk by the product team behind the NLE.
The first day of the event started off with quite a bang, as Apple took the wraps off of the next big edition of Final Cut Pro X, version 10.4. Best Buy charging a $100 premium on full iPhone X price, says customers ‘want this flexibility’
In the lead up to iPhone X preorders today you may have noticed that Best Buy’s website was showing the full price cost of both iPhone X models $100 above the retail price. I also noticed it last week and figured it was just a mistake it would correct sooner or later. As it happens, Best Buy is doing this intentionally, and provided a preposterous statement to Bloomberg.

Sprint website still showing iPhone X shipping for launch day, T-Mobile hedging estimates
Sprint is still estimating that it will deliver most iPhone X orders placed directly through its website for launch day. Meanwhile, T-Mobile is giving an updated window to some customer who previously received a Nov. 3 date.

Apple says demand for iPhone X is ‘off the charts’ as device sells out around the world
Apple stopped disclosing preorder numbers for iPhone sales a few years ago, so exact metrics on iPhone performance will have to wait at least until the earnings call on November 2. However, a company spokeswoman has said that demand is indeed very strong for the radically redesigned iPhone X.
