2017 iPad follow-up: still worth buying? [Video]

I’ve been using the 2017 9.7-inch iPad on a regular basis for the last month and a half, and I wanted to take the opportunity to follow-up on my original hands-on.

Slack rolling out native screen sharing feature for Mac

Slack is introducing a new update that brings built-in screen sharing features to the popular communication software.

Slack says the new screen sharing feature is limited to paid accounts which start at $6.67/month when billed annually or $8/month per user. Free accounts are already limited to person-to-person video calling while paid accounts can participate in group calling. Slack has built screen sharing on top of the existing video features:

Belkin committed to bringing Apple’s HomeKit to Wemo after previously cancelling plans

Back in March 2016, users of Belkin’s popular line of Wemo connected accessories were disappointed to learn that the company was canceling its previously announced plans to support Apple’s HomeKit platform. The company has now changed its tune, however, and today told me it’s committed to bringing HomeKit to Wemo and will have “more details soon.”
