Rollout.io responds to Apple’s ‘hot code push’ policy shift, says its SDK is fully compliant

Yesterday evening, Apple started cracking down on apps that use third-party services to update without App Store approval. The majority of the affected apps seemed to use Rollout.io, an SDK that allows developers to modify their app in “real-time.”

Annotate is a new visual tool from cloud-based sharing service CloudApp launching today for Mac. Annotate lets you quickly create GIFs and annotated images or capture HD video workflows in a modern native tool. Dropbox also has news for Mac users as the cloud service detailed a new auto-updater for the service coming soon to macOS.

New iPhones could get PowerVR Furian GPU improvements for AR/VR, higher graphics resolutions & more

Imagination Technologies today unveiled its next-gen PowerVR Furian architecture, its upcoming next-gen GPU design that could give clues to enhancements ready for future iPhones. Most notably, the company says Furian enables enhanced power efficiency for mobile devices that will pave the way for high-resolution, immersive graphics content including AR and VR applications. In other words, the GPU could help upcoming iPhones achieve higher (4K?) resolutions with big computing and gaming performance improvements:
